If you:
- Have at least 2 years of proven track record in sales and retail.
- Possessing a strong commercial instinct, maintaining good partner relationships is in your blood, and creating new ones is a pleasure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to overcome challenges.
- Love to travel. Driving brings you peace and you have a valid driving license.
- Are proactive, positive, communicative, and enjoy dynamic environments.
- Are responsible and results-oriented.
- Enjoy working in a team and sharing common values.
- Value organization, love analyzing, and handling paperwork with ease.
- University degree, customer relationship management (CRM) software, good computer literacy, and English.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining long-term and stable partner relationships.
- Achieve sales, seek growth opportunities, and provide adequate solutions in your work with the partner network and its needs.
- Carry out detailed research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients and personalize sales efforts.
- Collaborating with internal teams from the partner network, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Have an excellent command of the company’s product portfolio.
- Deliver and analyze business trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate market behavior that aligns with the brand’s image.
- Continuous striving to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills through training and professional development.
- Proactive research for business development opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and analyses monthly.
- Negotiate agreed terms with partners to achieve sales growth and strategic objectives.
