Key responsibilities:
CRM platform development and optimization:
- Lead the strategic development and enhancement of our CRM platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales, DEV, CS);
- Ensure it supports key sales processes, improves retail partner engagement, and enhances user experience;
- Analyze user data and feedback to implement updates that improve performance and customer satisfaction;
- Work with external vendors and in-house teams to manage related projects, including version updates, new features, and bug resolution;
- Train and support sales teams on CRM best practices, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate;
Sales Platform Integration and Coordination:
- Optimize the integration and functionality of all sales tools (PowerBI, Navision, Salesforce, B2B ordering management, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows and data synchronization;
- Collaborate with sales, DEV, CS, and vendor teams to ensure all platforms are used efficiently and effectively for sales operations;
- Analyze and streamline processes between platforms to reduce manual work and improve data consistency and reporting accuracy;
Process Improvement and Efficiency:
- Identify and implement process improvements within the sales operations that improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies;
- Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes, platform usage, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability;
- Ensure all tools and platforms are used to their fullest potential, recommending upgrades or alternative solutions where needed;
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Act as a collaborator between sales, DEV, CS, and marketing to ensure smooth communication and project alignment;
- Lead projects aimed at improving the digital infrastructure of sales operations, working with different stakeholders to align platform performance with business goals;
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Leverage PowerBI and the other platforms to provide actionable insights to the sales team;
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and platform utilization, providing insights for better results;
- Drive the use of data to support decision-making in sales operations;
If you are:
- Proven track record working with CRM, experience with Navision, Power BI, or other ERP and analytical tools.
- Proven experience with sales operations and platform optimization and improvement.
- Analyzing user data and feedback.
- Skilled in creating content that improves user experience, working with engineering and design teams to refine visuals, UI, and support content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economy, and/or Tech solutions.
- Professional in English (B2).
- Possessing a strong commercial instinct, maintaining good partner relationships is in your blood, and creating new ones is a pleasure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to overcome challenges.
- Are proactive, positive, communicative, and enjoy dynamic environments.
- Are responsible and results-oriented.
